Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 31 cups All purpose flour sifted
- 13 cups Lukewarm water
- 1 1/4 cups olive oil
- 5 tablespoon Active yeast
- 5 tablespoon Salt
Instructions
- Begin by sifting the flour and salt together and place in a mixer with a dough hook. Next combine the water and oil in a bowl and sprinkle the yeast in the wet mixture. Turn the mixer on low and add the wet mixture to the flour and salt. Mix until dough forms and pulls away from the side of the bowl.
- Tip: You may need to add some more flour to the mixture as it mixes.
- Lightly flour a work table and scrape your dough onto the table. Kneed the dough for approx. ten minutes. Place the kneeded dough in a lightly floured bowl and cover with a damp towel. Sit in a warm area and let rise until doubled in size.
- After the dough has risen it is ready to cut into portions and use as needed.
