Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 3.5 cups Bread Flour
- 1 package Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1.5 cups Water Warm, 100-120 degrees
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Olive oil
- 4 tablespoons Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Garlic salt
Instructions
- 1) Mix flour, yeast, and spices in kitchenaid with dough hook on speed 4.
- 2) Add water and 2 tablespoons oil, mix until it becomes a ball. If too sticky, add more dough, if too dry add more water, both 1T at a time.
- 3) Kneed dough on floured surface.
- 4) Spread olive oil inside a salad bowl and put dough ball inside then cover with lid or plastic wrap for an hour to rise.
- 5) Preheat oven to 450.
- 6) Spread dough onto pizza pan, and bake for about 5 mins, until starts to golden. Remove from oven.
- 7) Mix garlic salt into butter and coat dough. Add sauce and toppings, and bake for another 10 mins or until cheese is melted.
