Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups Bread Flour
  • 1 package Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1.5 cups Water Warm, 100-120 degrees
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic salt

Instructions

  1. 1) Mix flour, yeast, and spices in kitchenaid with dough hook on speed 4.
  2. 2) Add water and 2 tablespoons oil, mix until it becomes a ball. If too sticky, add more dough, if too dry add more water, both 1T at a time.
  3. 3) Kneed dough on floured surface.
  4. 4) Spread olive oil inside a salad bowl and put dough ball inside then cover with lid or plastic wrap for an hour to rise.
  5. 5) Preheat oven to 450.
  6. 6) Spread dough onto pizza pan, and bake for about 5 mins, until starts to golden. Remove from oven.
  7. 7) Mix garlic salt into butter and coat dough. Add sauce and toppings, and bake for another 10 mins or until cheese is melted.
