Gluten-Free Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup white rice flour
  • 1/3 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/3 cup sorghum flour
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1/2 cup Whole milk
  • 1 package Yeast
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 large egg whites lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, yeast, and warmed milk - let sit for 5 minutes. Combine remaining dry ingredients. Roll into two 12 inch pizzas lined with parchment paper on both sides. Par-bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, top and bake as usual.
