Gluten-Free Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup white rice flour
- 1/3 cup chickpea flour
- 1/3 cup sorghum flour
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
- 1/2 cup Whole milk
- 1 package Yeast
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 large egg whites lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Combine sugar, yeast, and warmed milk - let sit for 5 minutes. Combine remaining dry ingredients. Roll into two 12 inch pizzas lined with parchment paper on both sides. Par-bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, top and bake as usual.
