Pizza Bread
Ingredients
- Basic Whole Wheat Dough
- 1 tb Ground pepper
- (decrease 15 oz from amt
- 1 tb Fennel seeds
- 1/4 c Sun-dried tomatoes; Ground*
- 3 tb Rosemary
- 2 tb Dried basil
- 1/4 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 cn Tomato sauce; (15oz.)
- (not oil packed)
- 1 tb Italian seasoning
- 1/2 c Onion flakes
- 1 tb Dried parsley
- Or- Basic White Dough
Instructions
- Bake according to your machines directions for the kind of bread that you choose to make; if too moist, decrease water. Store in plastic bag in refrigerator. For a bread machine, use the mode advised in recipe, or a “medium crust”. Check doneness when finished, if not quite done, bake in an oven at 375F for 1/2 hour or more and test again for doness. If still not done, bake for 15-20 minutes longer.
