Bread Machine Dough / Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Butter
  • 3 1/4 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 3 teaspoons Yeast

Instructions

  1. Put bread machine on dough cycle. When it’s done, put dough on a floured surface and press out bubbles.
  2. FOR “ROLLS”
  3. Cut into about 18 “rolls”. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray and put rolls on it. Put in a warm place until doubled in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Brush with melted butter when done.
  4. FOR PIZZA CRUST
  5. Take dough out of bread machine. Put on a plate sprayed with nonstick spray. Press out air bubbles and let rise 20 minutes. Put on a floured surface and roll out. Place on a large pizza pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Put on toppings and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
