Pizza dough
Ingredients
- 4-5 cups All purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 packages Yeast active dry yeast
Instructions
- Measure 4 1/2 cups of flour
- Mix water (100 degrees), yeast, sugar, salt and oil
- add to flour and knead for 10 minutes
- cover and let rest for an hour
- knead again and cut into 2-3 dough balls
- seal in plastic bags and refrigerate until ready to use
- roll out and cook at 500 degrees for 10 minutes
- take off pan after 5 minutes
