Pizza Dough Commercial
Ingredients
- 5 lt Flour 00 sifted
- 5 ml Yeast dry
- 45 ml Salt
- 200 ml Olive oil
- 1800 ml Water tepid
Instructions
- 1) Sieve flour & Mix dry ingreients in mixer
- 2) Slowly add water until desired consistency is reached.
- 3) Allow to kneed for 15 min
- 4) Allow to rest for 1 hour
- 5) Divide into 275g balls
