Pizza Roll Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 5 Package Dry Yeast
  • 210 Grams Butter Softened
  • 7.5 Tsp Salt
  • 5 Cups Warm water
  • 5 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 12.5 Cups Flour

Instructions

  1. To the warm water, add the sugar and dry yeast. Let stand for 10-14 minutes.
  2. Add the butter, salt and flour. Stir well. Turn out and knead until dough is smooth.
  3. Cover and allow to rise in a warm place. Punch down and allow to rise again.
  4. Make pizza rolls and enjoy!
