Breadmaker Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1 cup lukewarm water or beer
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Instructions
- Measure crust ingredients into pan - select dough setting. When done, turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. With floured hands, shape into ball. Roll out into a 12“ circle and transfer to baking stone. Cover with toppings and bake in a preheated 400F oven for 25-30 minutes.
