Keri’s Bread Machine Herbed Pizza Dough Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups water Warmed to 80*
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 1/3 cups bread flour
- 2/3 cup Cornmeal
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried basil, oregano or italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons Yeast active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
Instructions
- Add salt to 80 degree water. Add wet ingredients first, then dry ingredients. Yeast is last, keeping away from salt. Check manufactures instructions. When the dough is complete, remove from machine. Punch down. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Makes 2 lb. Make thick or thin crust pizza.
