Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 00 flour plus 1 tablespoon
  • 1 cup bread flour plus 1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl mix flours and salt
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of warm water, yeast and olive oil, then pour into flour mixture. Knead with your hsnds. Approx 3 minutes, let rest for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Knead rested dough for 3 minutes on floured surface.
  4. 4. Place in oiled bowl and cover with plastic overnight.
  5. 5. Remove from fridge at least 30 minutes to bring to room temp.
  6. 6. Cut into 4 balls, place on floured surface and shape into rounds. Top and bake.
