Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1 cup 00 flour plus 1 tablespoon
- 1 cup bread flour plus 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl mix flours and salt
- 2. In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of warm water, yeast and olive oil, then pour into flour mixture. Knead with your hsnds. Approx 3 minutes, let rest for 15 minutes.
- 3. Knead rested dough for 3 minutes on floured surface.
- 4. Place in oiled bowl and cover with plastic overnight.
- 5. Remove from fridge at least 30 minutes to bring to room temp.
- 6. Cut into 4 balls, place on floured surface and shape into rounds. Top and bake.
