Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups Warm water
- 4 cups Flour
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Quick-rise active dry yeast
Instructions
- Sprinkle yeast over warm water and let proof.
- Mix together with dough hook of KitcheAid by slowly adding in remainder of ingredients.
- Place in greased InstantPot on yogurt cycle with plate over top (not lid of Instant Pot) for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Roll out to a thin crust. We usually get 3 approximately 10x12 inch crusts out of this recipe.
