Thin-Crust Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 3 cups All purpose flour additional flour for balling
  • 1 3/4 tablespoons Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons Yeast active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups Water or (3/4 cup beer, 1/4 cup water)
  • 1 can Pizza Sauce (Topping)
  • 6 cups Mozzarella grated (Topping)
  • 2 qty Avocado (Topping)
  • 1 can Roasted Bell Pepper (Topping)

Instructions

  1. 500F ~ 550F in oven.
  2. Yield: Six 12“ crust
  3. NOTE:
  4. Roll the crust as thin as possible.
  5. Use a lot of flour.
  6. Cut the dough in six equally.
  7. Batch Process:
  8. 1. Cook only the crust for 1 ~ 2 minutes in oven.
  9. 2. Take it out and repeat it for the rest of the crust.
  10. 3. After the topping, cook the pizza for 7 ~ 8 minutes.
