Thin-Crust Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 3 cups All purpose flour additional flour for balling
- 1 3/4 tablespoons Salt
- 1/2 tablespoons Yeast active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups Water or (3/4 cup beer, 1/4 cup water)
- 1 can Pizza Sauce (Topping)
- 6 cups Mozzarella grated (Topping)
- 2 qty Avocado (Topping)
- 1 can Roasted Bell Pepper (Topping)
Instructions
- 500F ~ 550F in oven.
- Yield: Six 12“ crust
- NOTE:
- Roll the crust as thin as possible.
- Use a lot of flour.
- Cut the dough in six equally.
- Batch Process:
- 1. Cook only the crust for 1 ~ 2 minutes in oven.
- 2. Take it out and repeat it for the rest of the crust.
- 3. After the topping, cook the pizza for 7 ~ 8 minutes.
