Pizza Dough - No Yeast
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 2 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp oil plus 2 Tbsp of oil for brushing crust
- 3/4 to 1 cup water
- Your choice of sauce veggies, cheeses, etc. as toppings.
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients. Add ¾ cup water and oil. Stir until it forms a ball. If dough is stiff, add more water.
- The dough will be soft, not sticky. Knead on a floured surface for 3-4 minutes.
- Divide dough into 2 parts (one may be wrapped tightly and frozen if you prefer).
- Place on pizza pan, mash/spread out flat and turn up edges ½ inch and pinch.
- Brush each circle with remaining 2Tbsp of oil.
- Layer your choice of toppings evenly onto prepared crust(s).
- Bake at 400°F for 15-25 minutes.
