Pizza Dough - No Yeast

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp oil plus 2 Tbsp of oil for brushing crust
  • 3/4 to 1 cup water
  • Your choice of sauce veggies, cheeses, etc. as toppings.

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Add ¾ cup water and oil. Stir until it forms a ball. If dough is stiff, add more water.
  2. The dough will be soft, not sticky. Knead on a floured surface for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Divide dough into 2 parts (one may be wrapped tightly and frozen if you prefer).
  4. Place on pizza pan, mash/spread out flat and turn up edges ½ inch and pinch.
  5. Brush each circle with remaining 2Tbsp of oil.
  6. Layer your choice of toppings evenly onto prepared crust(s).
  7. Bake at 400°F for 15-25 minutes.
