Pizza Dough in Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bread Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Yeast active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 1/3 cups water cold
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients in food processor. With blade running, drizzle in olive oil and water. You may not need all of the water - just enough until dough forms a sticky ball. Place on silpat mat. Divide into two balls and cover with dishcloth. Let rise until doubled in size. Roll out, cover and let rise again - at least 20 minutes.
