Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 teaspoons Yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Water warmed to 110F
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 1/3 cups Flour
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast, brown sugar, and water. Set aside in a warm, draft free place for 10 minutes until proofed.
- In a large bowl, combine salt and flour. Add in yeast mixture and oil and mix with hands until combine.
- Remove from bowl and knead on a floured surface until dough is no longer sticky. Oil your bowl, add the dough and flip it so the oil is on the top. Cover and store in a draft free place until doubled in size (1 hour).
- Punch down and let sit for 5 minutes. Roll on a floured surface until approximately the size of your pizza pan. Transfer to your pan and stretch and press until it fits. Add your toppings.
- Bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes.
