Grandma Elaine’s Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Dissolve 1 package (1 Tbsp) active dry yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Combine flour, salt, yeast mixture, 1 1/4 cups warm water, and olive oil. Stir until completely smooth. Cover and let rise until it double its size. Grandma’s hint is that she refrigerates it. Simply divide it out and flatten on pizza pan to desired size.
