Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 1/2 cups All purpose flour more or less as needed

Instructions

  1. Mix on dough cycle in bread machine. Remove dough, form into a flat ball. Begin by pressing dough into a disc on floured work surface, then stretch and spin dough to form crust of desired size and thickness. Place formed crust on pan or baking stone dusted with cornmeal or flour. Pull and roll edges to form crust, baste with olive oil, and put desired toppings on pizza. Let rise for aprx. 45 minutes and bake.
